  • During your initial evaluation, your therapist will review your medical history, discuss your symptoms and goals, and perform a detailed physical assessment. Together, you’ll create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. Please bring a list of medications, including dosage and frequency, and arrive a few minutes early to complete any remaining paperwork.

  • In most cases, a referral is not required in Michigan thanks to Direct Access laws, allowing patients to see a physical therapist without a physician’s prescription. However, some insurance plans may still require a referral, so we recommend checking with your provider beforehand.

  • We provide therapy for a full range of conditions, including orthopedic injuries, back and neck pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, joint replacements, balance disorders, and neurological conditions. We also offer specialized treatments like CranioSacral therapy, myofascial release, dry needling, and vestibular rehabilitation.

  • Each one-on-one session lasts approximately one hour, giving your therapist ample time to focus on your individualized plan, monitor progress, and adjust techniques as needed.

  • The number of visits depends on your condition, goals, and progress. Your therapist will discuss a recommended frequency during your evaluation, but most patients attend 2–3 times per week initially and taper down as they improve.

  • We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy movement and access to the area being treated—such as athletic wear, shorts, or a T-shirt.

  • Yes. We accept most major insurance plans and will verify your benefits before starting treatment. Our administrative team is happy to help you understand your coverage and any copays or deductibles that may apply.

Our focus is on one-on-one, one-hour sessions, ensuring each patient receives individualized care.
